Now we eat

one of the best things about exploring a place is that you  have an excuse to go for a food adventure. Ilocos is famous for its bagnet and empanada, not to mention Vigan longganisa.Though we’re familiar with Ilocano cuisine and have tried some  Ilocano dishes before, it’s always exciting to sample them  in their place of origin.

Ilocos empanada was on top of our list.

Something new: Pinakbet Pizza at Cafe Herencia.

You bet, bagnet is on our list, too! This one is from another favorite eating spot in Ilocos, La Preciosa.

Desserts du jour. How can you say no? Presenting the famous meal-enders in La Preciosa.
